Any large organisation needs to determine a set of standards by which it operates. In a school sense, issues like truancy are universal and there are certain actions we have to take while others are school based decisions. Our uniform policy for example, is endorsed by the P and C and specific to this school. What works here may not work at another site. Our Responsible Behaviour Plan sets out the expectations and consequences for breaching these expectations. This way, neither students, staff or parents are left wondering where they stand.
